wacom: Accept 4-value output settings and check the output name

Peter Hutterer requested to merge whot/gnome-control-center:wip/output-name-check into main

We now store the connector name as fourth value so let's handle those settings. And when we're looking for a monitor make sure we check that the connector name too.
