[DO NOT MERGE] - system-panel: Recreate remote login dialog when clicked

Hari Rana requested to merge TheEvilSkeleton/gnome-control-center:recreate-remote-login-dialog into main

This works around a subtle bug where opening the remote login dialog two or more times would offset the dialog and place it closer to the bottom-right side of the window.

This isn't a "real" MR, because it's not an inherit problem with Settings. I only used it as a showcase for the related issues.
