When we can't show one of the subpages (Desktop Sharing or Remote Login), let's hide them and also update the stack switcher to not show the inaccessible page.

This is for gnome-46 because it doesn't break any UI freeze break.

For gnome-47, instead of hiding, I would like us to show an AdwStatusPage empty-state type of page explaining the failure and helping setup the gnome-remote-desktop backends accordingly.
