Draft: apps: Mention app names on dialogs

According to mockups in https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/Design/settings-mockups/-/blob/dc6d975285502fe83ec51736c9d2e5e14c2d1e57/applications/applications-wires.png

Fixes #2912

This is a draft because it doesn't change all the strings that differ from the implementation and the mockups. We need to decide how much are we changing and when. :) Discussion on the issue ^.
