cc-firmware-security-dialog: don't translate technical report

As described in #2524 (closed), the technical report copied from the device security panel is currently translated, potentially confusing supporters and developers who expect bug reports to be in English.

This commit makes the strings used to compile the technical report non-translatable, causing the report to be compiled in English regardless of the user's locale settings.
