Wi-Fi label in header is centered

Shift 'Wi-Fi' label to center in Wi-Fi panel

Previously, 'Wi-Fi' label is shifted towards the upper border when subtitle is not there, which makes unequal gaps between the borders. Now, 'Wi-Fi' label is at center so that gaps are equal
