notifications: Replace "Applications" with "Apps"

This is part of an initiative to use "app" instead of "applications", see: Teams/Design/initiatives#123 (closed)

!1637 (merged) missed replacing one occurrence of "Applications" on the notifications panel. This does that last replacement with "Apps".
