Update POTFILES.in

Anders Jonsson requested to merge ajonsson/gnome-control-center:potfiles-update into main

POTFILES.in is outdated, and xgettext can't create a pot file, can be seen on Damned Lies: https://l10n.gnome.org/module/gnome-control-center/

These changes makes it work as expected, and a pot file is created when I run it locally.
