general: Tweak phrasing style of some AdwStatusPages

Some AdwStatusPages that have only one sentence end with a period, something that it's against HIG: https://developer.gnome.org/hig/guidelines/writing-style.html#periods

Also, some titles have the verb "is", unlike the majority of AdwStatusPage titles. See: #2223 (comment 1616078)

This MR removes the verb "is" and the unnecessary period.

The AdwStatusPages from Privacy panels will be removed, so I didn't change them.
