background: Update Adwaita theme when theme preference changes

Mohammed Sadiq requested to merge pksadiq/gnome-control-center:wip/sadiq/improve-dark-bg into main

If the theme is Adwaita or Adwaita-dark, toggle those themes too on theme preference changes so that Legacy applications shall also look good.

I'm not sure if this is the way to go. But this will help me (and may be others) to have one less reason to use gnome-tweaks. And this would improve the default experience with style preference change.
