Disable search in cc-password-dialog.ui

Nils Lück requested to merge nlkl/gnome-control-center:disable-search-in-password-dialog into main

This sets search_enabled to false in cc-password-dialog.ui, circumventing a critical error when pressing Escape/Alt in the window (see issue below). The password dialog uses a custom header bar anyway, so disabled search should presumably not affect anything negatively.
