panels: firmware-security: Showing description for every HSI check itmes

Showing a brief description of each technical terminology to improve the user-friendly. Also, CSS was updated to set the color for ActionRow icon.

• The detailed description of each HSI item is got from fwupd and it can be found by clicking the expander.
