Fix a few paper cuts in the RDP settings

Fixes the following from !1205 (comment 1397024).

  • Remote desktop address can't be selected
  • Verify encryption window:
    • The window content appears to scroll, even though there's no additional content to show.

It also fixes an issue where the systemd service unit had the state static which wasn't treated as enabled.
