Don't append `VPN` to the VPN IDs

Merged Alessandro Bono requested to merge abono/gnome-control-center:wip/abono/vpn-append into master

Having a VPN string appended at each VPN row in the VPNs list is repetitive. Same for the VPN editor dialog. We don't do anything similar for WiFi or Wired connections.
