po/nb.po: Correct typos
requested to merge ingvarha/gnome-control-center:feature/fixes_for_norwegian_translation into master
A few small corrections to the Norwegian translation:
Norwegian does not use split nouns, but concatenates them directly, or with a hyphen for complex words or imported words.
Also correcting a simple typo, vindusytem -> vindussystem (correct spelling according to snl.no)
