Bluetooth global switch does not change when turned off via shell
Fedora 31, gnome-control-center 3.34.2
When switching off Bluetooth from the shell, the global Bleutooth switch in g-c-c does not change its state. Wifi on the other hand works. See:

Steps to reproduce:
- Open GNOME Settings
- Turn on Bluetooth using your preferred way
- Turn of Bluetooth using the shell instead of g-c-c directly
