a11y: Icons no longer selectable via keyboard since 3.28
it is no longer possible to focus individual icons such as Wifi, Bluetooth, Background ... in the gnome control center app aka Settings since Gnome 3.28. When using the Settings app with orca - a GNOME Screen reader it appears as if the pannel with all the icons inside received the focus and pressing up or down arrow keys does not navigate over the icons. When one of these icons is clicked with the mouse or mouse click is emulated via orca functionality navigating to the near by icons is possible. However first any of the icons has to be clicked in order to allow further keyboard access. I would say with this issue present the Settings window is less intuitive to use for vision impaired users relying on keyboard navigation support.
