Window width greater than monitor resolution

I checked the health of the old monitor with a resolution of 1024x768 and noticed if you go to the tab "Background", the window does not fit into the display width

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open GNOME Settings 3.32.2
  2. Select the "Background" section
  3. You will not be able to make the window 1024 pixels wide or smaller
