Background settings: "delete background" button is misleading and a bit scary

Clicking on a custom background gives you this popover:

"Delete Background" sounds like the original file will be deleted, which isn't good behaviour and, as far as I'm aware, isn't what the button actually does. The red colour of the button contributes to this impression, and makes it look unnecessarily scary.
