Same printer shows up as 2 different ones
In this screenshot from a GTK bug, you can see the same printer appearing twice, once through CUPS, once through ipp.

The first printer should instead show up as a "remote" printer to look like the second one, as it is the same network printer. The details panel for the first printer just shows localhost
instead of the real location of the printer (on the network).
Expected results:
- same "network printer" icon for both printers
- location for first printer to be the remote IP address
Actual results:
- first printer shows up as being local
- location for first printer is
localhost
