Desktop Sharing and Remote Control Switches Do Nothing

Steps to reproduce:
- Disable and stop
gnome-remote-desktop.service
- Open GNOME Settings
- Change System > Remote Desktop > Desktop Sharing
- Enable Desktop Sharing and Remote control
Expected Behaviour:
gnome-remote-desktop.service
is started or enabled
Actual Behaviour:
Nothing
Additional Info:
You need to go to remote login and unlock the settings to enable the service. Moreover, disabling Desktop Sharing and Remote Control options after unlocking the settings doesn't disable the service.
The expected behavior is that it enables the services because it's specified by name in the source file: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/blob/a1e28a15be8557b10ee59a736ddc1ff0fd4e278b/panels/system/remote-desktop/cc-desktop-sharing-page.c#L182.
