Labels are missing on Accessibility side in menus.
Atspi objects cannot be found in some menus by their name (label). They are reported as menu items/fillers while there should be labels.

Reproducing script: missing_labels_in_menus.py
Reproducer 1:
- Open Settings.
- Open hamburger menu.
- Run the Atspi reproducer.
Reproducer 2:
- Open Setting.
- Go to Network.
- Open options for Wired.
- Click Identity page tab.
- Open combo box of Cloned Address.
- Run the Atspi reproducer.
Actual result:
- Reproducer will show empty list.
Expected result:
- Reproducer will show names of the labels.
