Enable changing keyboard layout by CapsLock
Is there a reason why we cannot use CapsLock for changing keyboard layout? CapsLock is the most simplest key for changing layout when you want to work with both hand while writing a mixed text of two language. Actually CapsLock does not use to its main function because people barely write with a lot of bold words and using shift for occasionally one letter is very common. Also if anyone wants to use CapsLock for capitalize every English character then Shift+CapsLock can be used as before. Any os use newer version of gnome desktop had to disable CapsLock as a mean for changing layout based on the decision on gnome. While some of them like Ubuntu-Mate stick to old style which we can use CapsLock in the old way. Therefore, Using Ubunu-Mate instead of Ubuntu was my only choice because of that I switched to Ubuntu-Mate for months and report this problem to anyone who may need this key changing layout.
