Apps settings: indicate when an app isn't sandboxed
The app settings list the various permissions that an app has. However, if an app isn't sandboxed then the permissions can't be enforced. We should communicate this, so that we are not giving a false sense of security. This will also help to communicate that, if someone cares about privacy, they should be using sandboxed apps.
