Multiple issues with Screen Display
I have multiple issues with the Screen Display section of Gnome Settings. I have a 13" Framework laptop connected to two external displays. I connect to my monitors through a USBC cable connected to a Lenovo dock, this dock then has a Display Port connection to each monitor. For the 43" monitor there is a 2-to-1 display port splitter as I share the 43" monitor with my desktop gaming machine.
- The numbers of the monitors in the picture don't correspond to the numbers in the top left of each display. For example on the little picture on the Displays settings page it has:
Laptop Screen on left: 1 43" Monitor in center: 2 24" Monitor on right: 3
Then in the top left of my monitors the laptop screen has 3 in it, the 43" monitor has 1, and the 24" monitor is 2. I was only able to capture the laptop screen and 43" screen in this screenshot but you can see the issue:
- It always resets my layout when I turn the laptop on, or often just disables both external monitors and I have to enable them again in this settings page.
- The "Save changes" prompt with the 15 second countdown always appears in some random location usually half off the screen. It should appear in the center of the center most monitor in the layout.
- It continually resets my scaling to 200% when I want it at 100% always and have never ever chosen 200%.

I use the Regolith UI https://regolith-desktop.com/ on Ubuntu for my UI.
Steps to reproduce:
- Wake laptop from sleep
- Notice that both external monitors are either turned off or in incorrect positions.
- Enable monitors again
- Re-arrange monitors into correct position
- Click save
- Find where the "Confirm" window went (Usually it's half off the side or the top of a screen).
