Settings app - Landscape and Portrait mode labels are incorrect on screens that are natively taller than they are wide
I observed this issue while testing gnome-shell-mobile, but it seems like the issue comes from upstream and should probably be addressed here.
The native resolution of my display is 1080x2340 according to the Displays panel on the Settings app.
Nevertheless, it reports this as 'Landscape' and if I want to switch to holding my phone sideways, I need to switch to 'Portrait' orientation.
It appears gnome-shell always assumes your display is natively Landscape, however this is not true in my case.
I suggest that gnome-shell could take into account pixel and screen aspect ratio when determining if a device is set to Landscape or Portrait.
On square pixel devices (most) this should be as simple as comparing H resolution to V resolution.
If H>V, default label should be 'Landscape'. If V>H default label should be 'Portrait'.
