WPA3 password not correctly exported/shown when in QR code
STR
- Create/add a WPA3 network with a password with a password-length of 64 characters (I think that was the maximum for WPA2 at least) including special characters.
- Use that to connect your wifi.
- Click on the QR code button on GNOME Control Center.
What happens
A QR code with the content WIFI:S:WifiNameHere;T:nopass;P:;;
is generated, i.e. one without a password/claiming it has no password. Wifi name is correct though.
What should happen
Generate a working QR code for the network.
Android 13 could e.g. generate it and Decoder could also do it.
Potential issue
- maybe a character/processing limit of the QR code thingy is "overflown"/too big?
- maybe it is about special characters?
- maybe it is about the fact that it is WPA3?
