Screen Blank setting causes high CPU
Hello, I've noticed that anytime I leave my laptop unattended, I hear the fan on full blast with the CPU usage at close to 100%. I found that changing the "Screen Blank" option to "never" stops it from occurring (at least for the past few days). This happened from 22.10 and now in 23.04.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open GNOME Settings
- Toggle Screen Blank to ON
- High CPU usage from /usr/bin/gnome-shell
