Device security panel should offer to turn on secure boot if possible
This is a Lenovo Z13 running Fedora 38.
On my system it currently has secure boot disabled.
When running # fwupdmgr security
I'm prompted to enable secure boot.

║ Configuration Change Suggested: UEFI Secure Boot ║
╠══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╣
║ UEFI Secure Boot prevents malicious software from being loaded when the ║
║ device starts. ║
║ ║
║ This tool can change the BIOS setting 'com.thinklmi.SecureBoot' from ║
║ 'Disable' to 'Enable' automatically, but it will only be active after ║
║ restarting the computer. ║
║ ║
║ You should ensure you are comfortable restoring the setting from the system ║
║ firmware setup, as this change may cause the system to not boot into Linux ║
║ or cause other system instability. ║
