Multiple displays shortcut breaks Primary Display settings
Specs:
- Manjaro 22.0.2 Sikaris
- Linux 6.1.9-1
- Gnome 43.2
- Wayland 1.21.0-2
- Mesa 22.3.4-2
- Gnome-settings-daemon 43.0-2
- Gnome-control-center 43.2-1
- Manjaro-gnome-settings 20230109-1
Using the Super + P shortcut to mirror monitors and then reverting this configuration can result in the primary display being changed to a different monitor than the one originally selected.
Steps to reproduce:
- Press Super + P
- Choose the monitor mirroring option
- Press Super + P again and select the "join" option
- That's it! The original environment will switch to a second monitor besides the primary display.
**I haven't found the option yet, if there is, to rename or change the number of the displays
