org.gnome.Settings.json manifest is broken due to libsoup-2.4 removal from GNOME runtime
Hi all,
I have clone the repository to give it a try and found that cannot build the project.
Error while compiling:
checking for GLIB... yes
checking for SOUP... no
configure: error: Package requirements (libsoup-2.4) were not met:
Package 'libsoup-2.4', required by 'virtual:world', not found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables SOUP_CFLAGS
and SOUP_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

libsoup-2.4 is installed
$ sudo apt-get install libsoup2.4-dev libsoup2.4-1

libsoup2.4-1 is already the newest version (2.74.2-3).
libsoup2.4-dev is already the newest version (2.74.2-3).
I'm kind to help and debug the issue but I'd need some help since I've spend several hours trying to fix this issue. Thanks
