Super+P to change monitor deletes display settings
This issue bugs me for a long time already. Every day I have to open the settings just to move the internal display back to its original position after I change the monitor settings via via Super+P. It completely deletes all the display settings - even when not changing anything!
Steps to reproduce:
- Connect external monitor to laptop
- Open the display settings and move the internal monitor to some other position than the default
- Press Super+P and you see that you can't move your mouse to the other monitor anymore since your settings are now lost even though you have nothing changed
I would appreciate if Gnome remembers my settings. E.g. when I switch to "external only" and then back to "join monitors" I want to have the monitors in the same positions.
