Allow to save network credentials in a non-login keyring (and keep them there afterwards)
Currently the wifi password goes to the Login keyring by default when stored for one user only. In many places user credentials double as wifi logins, so one might want to store them in a separate keyring that is not unlocked on login. This is not possible at the moment without some tinkering, also partially because seahorse does not allow to move passwords between keyrings... (seahorse#112)
Moreover, even if you manage to move the password to another keyring, it will be moved back to Login on any change of the connection settings (or even no change at all, just clicking on Apply). VPN connections are acting even weirder. On connection the password is copied to the Login keyring, leaving you with a duplicate secret in both keyrings.
