Add automatic and manual scheduling for light and dark theme switching
Currently GNOME Settings has an option to configure from what time until what time to use night light, it is very useful but you should also define for example if you should use a dark or light theme, for example, during the day you might need to use a light theme due to that a lot of light enters through the window of my room or dark theme during the night because I use a very large monitor and the brightness affects a lot.
The theme selector should have the same time selection component as the nightlight selection section, except that instead of having temperature controls it should have two selectors, one for each case, when enabled or disabled, for example: from 07:00 to 19:00 set light theme or else use dark theme.
