It's not possible to access the Settings issue tracker and check the app version from the UI
Problem
It's not possible to access the issue tracker of Settings if an user wants to report a bug. Also, there is no way to check the app version and sometimes the Settings app has a different version number than the GNOME itself:
$ gnome-control-center --version
gnome-control-center 42.3
$ gnome-shell --version
GNOME Shell 42.4
Both of these things (issue tracker and version) can be accessed by the Software app. However, all of the core apps have an about dialog with these information, except Settings. This issue breaks the design pattern of consistently finding an information in a similar place.
