Fingerprint enrollment offerings incorrect

Using Fedora36 latest (as of 25th July 2022) on a Z13.

• enroll the right index finger
• enroll another finger. The right index finger is still offered as an option (despite already being enrolled). The left little finger is not.

If you then enroll another finger that will be offered but another finger will not.

Somewhat related - it would also be great to have the right hand offered before the left hand (on all models I know of the fingerprint reader is on the right hand side and therefore right hand is more likely to be used). I would also offer the index fingers as the first option as they're the usual choice.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open GNOME Settings
2. Go to fingerprint setup
3. Register right index finger
4. add another finger - check what options are offered.
