802.1X opening secret key causing crash (Segmentation fault)
- Distribution: Fedora 36
- Gnome Version: 42.2
- Control Center Version: 42.3
Steps to reproduce:
- Open GNOME Settings
- Go to the network section for wired and VPN connections
- Create a new wired connection profile.
- Within the context menu, select the security tab and enable 802.1X
- From the drop-down menu select TLS.
- Click on "Choose a file" for private key.
- Navigate to the correct folder and use the search for finding the file (you have to use it within the folder even, when the corresponding file type is selected)
- After selecting the file, GNOME settings crashes.
