Support Clipboard History function similar to Windows
Windows has an excellent 'clipboard history' feature that can be enabled in Windows' settings application that allows the user to see the things that they've previously copied or cut by pressing Windows + V. It would be excellent if there was a similar shortcut option in GNOME settings. I'm on Fedora Workstation 36 and GNOME 42.1, in case it matters.
