Add ability to individually on/off WiFi module when more than one is available
Detailed description of the feature. Put as much information as you can.
When adding an external Wi-Fi module to a laptop or desktop with an integrated module, a new label appears in the view switcher in wireless preferences showing the new hardware (1). On the right side is the button with the on/off switch (2) and it is expected that each hardware can be turned off individually as in other operating systems (Windows or macOS), however, in the case of GNOME everything is turned off or everything is turned on, even if there are 2 or more Wi-Fi modules available. My improvement request is to allow in the wireless settings to be able to individually turn off or turn on each available Wi-fi module just like other operating systems. Understanding that the switch in the header is global (2), maybe it would be a good idea to add a switch above the airplane mode options (3), with the legend "Disable wireless network [Module Name]"
A way to be able to change the list of available networks outside of GNOME Settings in gnome-shell (4) would be great too, but I don't have the skills to come up with a design in this case.
Tested on: Fedora 35 Workstation 64-bit (GNOME 41.3 - Wayland) Windows 10 PRO 64-bit
Proposed Mockups:
Actual state in gnome settings (wireless)
List of available networks (gnome-shell)
Wi-Fi setting in Windows OS
Ability to change list of available networks in task bar (quick settings)
