Displays: Back gesture doesn't order pages correctly

It's easier to show w/ a video:

recording

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open GNOME Settings (Version: aa0adcaa)
  2. Resize the window to fold the leaflets
  3. Open the displays panel
  4. Open the night light subview
  5. Swipe back
  6. Observe bug 1: We're expecting it to return to displays, but it swipes all the way back to the sidebar
  7. Open the displays panel again
  8. Observe bug 2: We're expecting it to return to displays, but it opens up night light again
