Night Light screen should show what time the transition starts/stops

The night light takes one hour to transition from normal colour temperature to night temperature. Which means a manual setting of 18:00-09:00 actually starts transitioning in at 17:00 and transitioning out at 08:00.

As it stands currently, it is confusing to have set a manual time and seeing the screen change colour before/after the set time, it feels like something is broken or the time zone is incorrect. Telling the user the transition starts one hour before would clear any confusion.
