multitasking: Images and margins too wide for small screens
The new multitasking panel introduced in GNOME 41 does not fit well in screens with limited width. The reason is that the sum of images (326px) and margins (10+12+18) exceed the size available on displays with only 360px (720px at 200% scale).
In postmarketOS we are attempting to fix it by reducing the width of the widest images (workspaces-primary-display.svg
and workspaces-span-displays.svg
) from 326px to 276px (and all the other dimensions proportionally). Unfortunately, this is just an ugly non-maintainable hack, thus the reason to open an issue instead of a MR with a proposed fix.
