Don't display hardware model if none available
GNOME Settings 40 now displays the hardware manufacturer and model in the About section. For the most part this works fine, but on systems without this information it simply reads "System manufacturer System Product Name".
If model information isn't available, this section probably shouldn't be displayed at all.
I'm running GNOME 40 on Fedora 34.
