Allow setting LC_CTYPE or set it along with the rest of 'Formats'
I recently started using Mac Os along with Linux and Windows a lot more frequently and I'm losing my mind by the fact that Mac OS X will make ç with dead acute + c while my Fedora uses AltGR + , (which triggers preferences on Mac OS).
I use en_GB as my main locale but set Formats to pt_BR in the region settings, so I can use my native formats for date, currency and so on. I recently learned that setting LC_CTYPE to pt_BR gives me back dead acute + c to make ç.
I have manually set it right now with localectl but I think it should be something that I can specify using Settings. I think the easiest way to provide that would be to add LC_CTYPE to the variables defined by 'Formats', is there any downside to that?
