Hotspot creation fails silently on too-long SSIDs.
SSIDs have a max length of 32, when trying to start a hotspot with an SSID longer than this, it fails silently. The Control Center already warns users who enter SSIDs or passwords that are too short, so it'd be nice to include this as well.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open GNOME Settings
- (If you're bitten by #965 (closed)) change to any section that isn't "Wi-Fi" then back to "Wi-Fi"
- Start a hotspot with a Network Name field longer than 32 characters
- Press the Turn On button
