Allow setting of compose key in Gnome Settings
It would be useful for many users who use special characters to be able to set the compose key in Gnome Settings, without having to install Gnome Tweak tool.
I appreciate that the merger of the Gnome Tweak Tool and Gnome Settings has been debated many times however setting the compose key isn't something only done by more advanced users, nor is it "tweaking" how Gnome works and feels so I believe it would be better suited for the main Gnome Settings software especially for many less advanced users who may find it easier to find and use this way.
An example use case is someone who uses an English Keyboard and has a special character in their name - I am sure there are many other use cases such as English users writing place names or things from a foreign country. I don't want to seem like I am asking for a feature just for me given I am a person with a umlaut in their name and uses an English keyboard.
I can not provide a mock-up for how such a feature would look however I think it could work similar to the "Alternative Character Key" feature that is currently present in Gnome Settings. .
Sorry if I haven't done submitted this to standard, I have tried to follow the communication guidelines however it is my first time doing one of these so I apologise if I have written this incorrectly.
