We use the delayed state change of the GtkSwitch inside the AdwActionRow
to show the state of the Automatic Date & Time, which can take
substantial time to change.

We can clarify this to not have a port to AdwSwitchRow in the future, as
that does not support delayed state changes. Let's add a comment.
