Contacts app problem when adding 'notes' to a user

Description
User can notice that if he added a note to a contact and then deletes it, after some time Contacts app will display error.
Steps :
- Boot System
- Open Contacts APP
- Create a new contact
- Select Edit
- Click new detail - select notes
- Add a new note write something and click done
- Edit again and delete the note
- After some time (~1 minute) observe the error

No error
Actual outcome
Error message present
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
