Support opening and import contacts from vcard files
At the moment the only way to import contacts with GNOME contacts is either via Gnome Online Accounts or manually typing the new contacts.
Having the feature of importing vcards with benefit use cases of users of GNOME contacts on mobile and tablet.
With the upcoming linux phone distributions, PureOS for the Librem 5 and postmarketOS (when using Phosh), GNOME contacts is the default contacts manager.
It would be a nice feature as part of an on boarding experience that mobile users of GNOME migrating from Android could simply export their contacts from android as vcard and simply import the vcard with GNOME contacts.
There are already some tickets regarding the feature to import a contact from a file: #113 (closed), #38 (closed), #1 (closed)
The difference with this feature request, is that vcards can be imported from GNOME Contacts directly and not via Nautilus or Bluetooth.
