Port to Gtk3

This compiles and runs with GTK3 but there are some drawing artifacts, so it is marked as a draft.

Issues:

• File renaming dialog is not located properly. This is probably will not work at all (in Wayland for sure) and needs to be re-implemented.
• Same issue with quick search dialog.
• Colors of a current item in a non-focused panel are wrong.
